Writing & Editing Services

Do you need abstracting, writing, and/or editing services?

Pricing will vary depending on the project, length, complexity, and time requirements or restrictions.

Writing assignments such as abstracting an article or paper will generally cost $10 per page, however this may be affected by complexity of the subject matter being discussed or if there is an urgent deadline with very short notice.

Copy or Developmental editing service rates may range from $41-$45 per hour (or $.03–$.04 per word).

Research Services

Are you looking for help on a project?

Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the research question(s) and how I am able to help, but typically one hour of work will cost $28. Introductory conversation whether by phone or email, is not included in the time billed. Since every research project is different, please feel free to contact me (at no charge) to discuss how I might be able to help you with your project. Once a project has been accepted by me, and a price agreed upon, pricing increments are as follows:

0-15 minutes - if I can answer your question in 15 minutes or less, no charge.

16-30 minutes - one quarter of the cost of a full hour.

31-45 minutes - half price of a full hour.

46-60 minutes - full hourly rate.

…Anything after the first hour follows the same incremental price pattern.
